Ginger Milk

1. Get ginger juice.
I didn’t have a grater or blender so I did it the old fashion way. I chopped and minced it.
Here, I use a tea filter I bought yesterday. Works well enough. And proud to say I chopped them fine enough to get juice!

Remains of ginger after squeezing. Dry as a mummy (not yours or mine). ha ha

2. Pour in heated milk.

I heat mine in microwave. Didn’t have sugar but did it anyway

3. Wait 2 -3 minutes. Then milk will turn pudding-like. Enjoy

Was going to enjoy then found out my ginger milk looked like bad yogurt. Tasted too gingery because of no sugar
